How to return & exchange

If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, and with the intact tags attached.

How to Return?

You can pack and send your return in just a few simple steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service Center, send us some persuasive pictures or video, and get our verification on the return.
  • Pack the items securely in a box or the package used to deliver the item.
  • Drop the package off at your designated carrier's location. Note: customer assumes the shipping cost. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for return.

Replacements & Exchanges


If you received a defective item that is sold by and need to replace it with the same item, contact our Customer Service Center to request a replacement.


If you would like to exchange an item for a different variation--e.g., size, color-- contact our Customer Service Center. When making an exchange, your return refund will automatically be calculated and applied to your exchange order. We'll mail your exchange item with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item. You'll just need to send your original item back within 30 days.

If you receive a dress with Quality Problem, Color Aberration, Material Issue or Sizing or Fitting Issues, please read our refund policy before contact our Customer Service Center to tell if you want a refund or replacement.

Wrong Dresses

Tracking a Return

You can track the status of your return shipment using the tracking number.
