Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund request will be processed within a week after the return is received. Note that once the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.

Bank Transfer Up to 10 days Up to 10 days may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. You need to contact Customer Service Associate to ask whether we require that you mail your item back for a refund.

Late Refund

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, please contact our Customer Service Associate to ask whether we have refunded to you.

If your refund has been issued, but you aren't seeing the refund in your current balance, here's what to do:

  • Credit Card Refund: Contact the credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
  • Bank Account Refund: Contact your bank. There may be some processing time before the refund is posted to your account.

If your refund doesn't appear in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, please contact us for further assistance.

Refused Item; No Refund Received

Refusing a package does not cancel the order - the customer is still liable for payment.

If a customer refuses delivery of a package and the courier does not ship it back to us, we will relinquish all responsibility of that package as if it were delivered to the customer and the customer remains liable for payment of that order.
